SHIPPING INFORMATION

We want to make getting your edible plants and flowers as simple as possible. Please see our delivery options below:

 

🌱 Farm Gate Pickup – Free

Pick up your order directly from our farm in Gidgegannup.

  • After placing and paying for your order, we’ll let you know when it’s ready for collection and provide the farm address.

  • If you’d like to arrange a specific time or day, please call us beforehand so we can be sure to meet you.

 
📦​Standard AusPost Delivery – from $12

Available for dried products only.

  • Your order will be sent via Australia Post.

  • Expected delivery time: 5–7 business days.

 

⚡ Express AusPost Delivery – from $15

Available for dried products only if you’d like them faster.

  • Sent via Express Post for quicker delivery.

  • Expected delivery time: 3–5 business days.

 

🥗 Fresh Product Delivery – $25 Flat Rate (only for orders over $150)

For larger orders of fresh edible flowers and plants.

  • Available for orders over $150.

  • We’ll arrange a delivery time that suits you — please call or message us to confirm.

  • Fresh products are picked on the day of delivery to guarantee maximum freshness.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law.

 

✅ Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase from us is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Significantly different from the description or sample shown

  • Not fit for the purpose we said it would be

This applies regardless of whether the product is fresh or dried.

 

❌ Change of Mind Returns

Because our products include fresh, perishable items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, don’t like the taste/colour, or order the wrong item.
For non-perishable items (such as dried flowers or plants), change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We take care to pack all orders carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.

 

🔄 How to Request a Return or Refund

To lodge a return or refund request, please email us at tony.mercieca@outlook.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Photos if applicable

We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

 

🚚 Returning Non-Perishable Items

If your return is approved for non-perishable goods, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of approval

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Shipped with tracking at your cost (unless the return is due to our error)

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

This returns policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our business practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.
